Current founding-vendor offer

The $500 is advance rent, not an additional fee. For a standard space, $150 is applied to month 3, $150 to month 4 and $200 to month 5. The next scheduled payment is $100 at the beginning of month 5.
Early departure
The first two months become free upon completion of 12 consecutive rental months. If a vendor leaves earlier, the current terms provide for $10 per occupied calendar day during the first two rental months, plus agreed rent for subsequent occupied months. Confirmed payments are credited when the final balance is calculated. Rent is not charged for the unoccupied remainder of the year.
Larger setups
The published promotion applies to a standard space. Larger trucks, trailers or setups requiring additional space may have a different rate. The final assigned space, rate, start date, schedule and payment dates are confirmed in writing before payment or move-in.

Come fully self-contained
No electrical, potable-water or sewer hookups are currently provided.
Future utilities: any future park-provided infrastructure is still under evaluation and should not be relied upon until confirmed here.

Setup information we need
To determine whether a space can accommodate your operation, be prepared to provide your setup type, overall length, width while operating, serving side, awning/additional footprint, generator or power arrangement, fresh-water capacity and wastewater capacity.

How the process works
Tell us about your business and setup.
We evaluate the operation, size, utility plan, intended schedule and park fit.
If the concept appears to fit, we discuss space, timing and missing information.
Prospective vendors may arrange to view the property.
Required permits, insurance and other documents are verified before move-in.
Approved space, rate, start date, schedule and payment dates are confirmed in writing.
Approved payments are completed only through the designated secure payment process.
Move-in occurs only after the site and assigned space are ready and a start date is confirmed.
