How much is rent?

The current standard-space founding offer is months 1–2 conditionally free, months 3–4 at $150 per month and months 5–12 at $300 per month. A $500 advance rent payment is required after approval and is credited toward months 3, 4 and 5.

Are larger trucks allowed?

Potentially. Larger trucks, trailers or setups requiring additional space are reviewed individually and may have a higher rate.

What permits do I need?

Vendors must maintain the permits, licenses and insurance required for their operation. The park's exact final document checklist and insurance thresholds are To Be Confirmed.

Does submitting an application reserve my space?
